2. Refunds & Cancellations
•Once any design work has commenced, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
•All Brand Suite projects include unlimited revisions to ensure you are fully satisfied.
•If you choose to discontinue the project at any stage, no refunds will be provided.
3. Client Responsibility
•For best results, we ask clients to come prepared with an idea of styles, fonts, colours, or inspiration they like.
•We do not expect you to know exactly what your final logo should look like, but a general direction is required.
•Clients who are unsure of what they want will be required to complete a discovery call before booking. Projects cannot proceed without this clarity, as it causes unnecessary delays.
4. Turnaround & Communication
•Delayed responses, lack of feedback, or indecision may extend project turnaround times.
•Nuovo Creative is not liable for extended timelines caused by client delays.
•Clear, timely communication ensures a smooth and efficient process.

Once you have placed your order, please email your logo to hello@nuovocreative.com

Please ensure you send a high resolution logo/watermark with no background for the best print quality. We will then get in touch as soon a possible to send mock up’s for approval. Once your mock up is approved we will then begin production

 

DESIGN SERVICES

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a consultation form to collect all the necessary information to begin your design process. Once this is complete we will then begin bringing your vision to life and you will then receive mock ups for approval/reviews.
