Welcome to Nuovo Creative. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, including Branded Merchandise, Design and Print, and Web Development.

By placing an order or engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. General

1.1 These Terms apply to all sales, design, printing, and web development services provided by Nuovo Creative (“we,” “us,” “our”).

1.2 We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.

1.3 Customers must provide accurate information when placing an order or requesting services.

2. Pricing and Payment

2.1 Prices for our products and services are listed on our website or provided in a custom quote. Prices are subject to change without notice.

2.2 Payment must be made in full before production or project commencement unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

2.3 We accept payments via credit/debit card, PayPal, bank transfer, revolut pay.

2.4 Late payments may result in delays, additional fees, or cancellation of the order.

2.5 Failure to pay final balances for goods or projects received will result in the invoices being passed onto a debt recovery agency to recover the payment. The client will be responsible for any additional admin fees required for this process.

2.6 All sales are considered final, and we maintain a strict no-refund policy.

3. Orders, Turnaround Times & Cancellations

3.1 Our turnaround times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless a specific delivery date is agreed upon by Nuovo Creative prior to purchase. Our current turnaround time will be clearly stated on our website and updated regularly.

3.2 We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Third-party suppliers, print suppliers,  shipping carriers, or force majeure events.
• Stock arrival dates or shipping issues that delay the project.

Any delays related to couriers if a client is booked in to receive their deliverables on a specific date.

3.3 Compensation will not be offered for delays caused by any of the circumstances outlined in Section 3.2.

3.4 For any delays, lost, damaged packages caused by couriers or shipping companies, compensation and/or claims must be made directly with the shipping company and will not be provided by Nuovo Creative.

3.5 Failure to respond within one 2 weeks of receiving designs or proofs may result in an administrative fee to reopen the project and rebook your slot.

3.6 Nuovo Creative cannot be held responsible for any lost or delayed packages by any carriers we use to deliver your order.

3.7 We aim to meet all deadlines, but timely communication is essential.

If you fail to provide feedback or respond promptly to proofs or design concepts, your order may be delayed.

3.8 We uphold a zero-tolerance policy towards rude, threatening, or violent behavior. Any instances of such conduct will result in the voiding of your order. If a design project has already commenced and such behavior is exhibited, the project will not be refunded.

4. Branded Merchandise & Print Design

4.1 Due to the customized nature of branded merchandise, all sales are final. We operate a strict no-refund policy.

4.2 Customers must have the legal rights to use any logos, trademarks, or designs submitted for branding.

4.3 By providing artwork, the customer grants Nuovo Creative the right to use it for production purposes.

4.4 Prior to printing, we will send proofs for your approval. We cannot proceed with printing until approval is given. Please check all information carefully for errors or spelling mistakes. Once approval is given, even in the event of an error made by any member of the Nuovo Creative team, reprinting will not be facilitated.

Delayed responses in the approval process may also delay your order.

5. Web Development & Hosting

5.1 Clients must provide all necessary content, including text, images, logos, and branding materials, before web development begins.

5.2 Any additional features or modifications requested beyond the initial scope will be subject to additional charges.

5.3 A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required before work begins on web development projects. The remaining balance must be paid before the final website is launched.

5.4 Yearly hosting and domain fees must be paid along with the 50% deposit before work begins.

5.5 By using our web development services, you agree to our yearly hosting fees, which are due from the project start date.

5.6 If a client fails to renew hosting or domain services, we are not responsible for website downtime or data loss.

5.6 3.5 Failure to respond within 2 weeks of receiving your website design draft may result in an administrative fee to reopen the project and rebook your slot. The project will be considered closed and the last website design draft will be considered the final project if there is no communication. 

6. Design Services

6.1 All design projects include unlimited revisions until the final project is delivered. Any further changes after final delivery may incur additional fees.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Customers must have the legal rights to use any logos, trademarks, or designs submitted for branding.
7.2 By providing artwork, the customer grants Nuovo Creative the right to use it for production purposes.
7.3 Final designs and websites will be the property of the client upon full payment. However, Nuovo Creative reserves the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by the customer for the order in question.

8.2 We are not responsible for delays caused by lack of communication from the client.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

9.1 We collect and store customer information for order processing and communication purposes.

9.2 We do not sell or share customer data with third parties except as required for fulfilling orders.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

10.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom

10.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through negotiation or legal proceedings
